Bishoftu competing with Addis as commercial heavy weight of the country?

Key institutions are located here, including the country's Air force (+ Naval force, the biggest Airport not only in Ethiopia but also the whole of Africa etc.). In few years Bishoftu can overtake Addis as the country's heavy weight of commerce, I am convinced.
