Should Tigray print its own money to counter Abiy's plan of cash starving it?

Unfortunately Abiy is determined to choke Tigray to disintegration. Tigray could print its own money backed by USD from export of Gold , other precious stones, & agricultural exports ! Somaliland experience could be benchmarked !
