Lost Gurage businesses to Bribery pests in Ethiopia

This is the untold story of lost Gurage businesses due to unpaid bribery by Ethiopian police during Haile Sellasie and DERG. Some went bankrupt, shut their shops and went back to Gurage to farm. Others moved to other cities with whats lefelt after paying bribery to neftenya police. Those who refused to pay bribery wete accused of fabricated lie of dealing with untaxed or contraband goods.
One of the ways neftenya pests lived off Gurage!

All the forces you refer are gone now.
Whining about these forces only seeds resentment bitterness, revenge and hate. No one who aspires to redeem the future should spend time and energy kind of things like this or on hate. Actually haters get the health trouble of hating or being bigot!

Gurage or any other ethnic should focus on re-deeming the future and living in peace with others, not rehearsing past pains which are destructive and spoilers of the future.
