Vilifying Ethnic Nationalism while Fano is fighting for the ethnic autonomy of Amhara Region through the motive of Amhara Ethnic Nationalism. Which in fact is a continuation of EPRDF's Ethnostate craft.

In fact Fano seeks to gain Amhara Region more autonomy from Addis Ababa not full Seperation. Similar to how TPLF wants autonomy from Addis Ababa while remaining apart of Ethiopia. EPLF also sought autonomy but Mengestu/Selassies quest for forced centralization by any means how only strengthened Separatism

He said our immediate mission is to defend Amhara. It doesn't mean that’s the end!

Eskinder who is the founder of the dead Baladeras Party is seeking to hijack the Fano Movement.

This is why Eskinder has been banned from Gojjam, Wollo and Gonder by Fano. He's currently hiding in North Shewa Zone his AFPO loyalists base in Menz-Merhabete are unable to enter Oromia Region for a reason. He has no solution on how Ethnic politics can be destroyed in Ethiopia. By the way United Kingdom is similar to Ethiopia they have Wales, Scotland England and Northern Ireland. Europe itself all 50 countries are built on Ethnic identity's.

This is why Europe became successful and powerful

France for the French
England for the English
Germany for the German
Greece for the Greeks
Russia for the Russians
Sweden for the Swedes

So the ethnic status cannot be denied in Ethiopia it's a ticking time bomb and Eskinder cannot reverse the liberalization of the state whether it be good or bad. It must be harmonized within the State

The host lacks depth of this issue but I don’t blame her. This is a tough subject for many who don’t specialize in the area or who don’t have the lived experience.

My point to Iskinder is that if you organize with others, and you win, you have no choice but to share power, but if you organize only with yourself and you win, you feel you can monopolize power. Actually, this is exactly what happened with TPLF. Since it organized only with itself, upon winning, it monopolized power. This led to alienation by others. Iskinder is smart but he fails to see this logic. If his goal is fair power distribution, he should know his organizing method guarantees failure of that goal.

Please stop your lack of knowledge on world issue. Are you then promoting ethnic rule in Ethiopia? European history and geography is different from the Horn or Ethiopia. The European nations you mentioned above are construct of different ethnic groups migrated from different regions. They settled for transforming as one nation for example, Italy, German, etc without specific tribes, meaning they changed each of they tribes as a nation, in other words, they emulate based on the nation they formed such as Germany, France, etc because of becoming as one nation, as times go by, indigenous tribes transformed into identity of the nation. It proved to be peaceful, united wealthy. C'mmon, in other parts of Europe, they are still identifying with their ethnics, for example French Quebec from Canada, UK forcing others to unite but Norther Ireland used to be Celtic Ireland that fought for many years, Scotland and Wales also have their own distinct identity and language also historically they fought the English domination in the region like Ireland. The Basques in Spain. You have to be mature knowledgable enough like Ase Minilik, to preserve all ethnics culture, languages and religions but become one nation for survival. He proved it right. If you are fighting colonizers as tribes, your a.... would have been colonized! The ethnic fanatics in Tigrigna speakers in North caused the colonization of Eritrea, they were fighting not as one but for their own identity and became bandas for colonizers. Minilik was very young, Kolo Temari let alone be a leader at the time Eritrea was colonized!
