Ethiopia cant nullify anything its to late u had ur chance in 1991 and in 1992 the UN Supervised referendum held in 1993 is binding and stands on international per the UN as they accepted the result and the ethiopian goverment recognised the independence of eritrea

the only way you can try to change any of this if there some how the eritrean govt requested a new referendum to review the political sovreignty of eritrea and i dont see that happening. lets say afewerki wakes up one day and says i am going to re unify eritrea with ethiopia he can as the legal goverment for eritrea all he has to do is request a un supervised referendum reverse the former referendum but i dont see that happening only he can request it only eritrea can do this, ethiopia cannot
