People didnot understand that what we have now is 10 times worse than Yodit-Gudit, Ahmed Gragn, Weyane, Fascist Italian Occupation all combined. Only General Asaminew Tsege and a handful people understood what was coming and that knowledge and warning about it costed their life. Ethiopian Orthodox Church had never been a target of extinction in all her existance. Abiy ahmed is now in full control of the synod plus the ground force, the security, the bank and tank....etc. More dark days are coming to Orthodox. This is the way Sudanese, Egyptian, Syrian....churches ended up being extinct.
