That means Egypt will go thirsty until the end of time. Ethiopia, the 2nd largest population of Africa ( accounting a population of at least 15 countries combined); a power house of Africa and huge economy has all the means and power to change the landscape. The poorest Arabic country Egypt whose budget depends of US for its service of in Palestine and Israel conflict ( never won a single battle in its entire history of being a nation) has neither the means nor the moral to speak of Ethiopia. It should rather be grateful for the free use of Ethiopian water.
