The so-called "Tigray war" had added $20 billion dollars to Ethiopia's existing foreign debt. The IMF and the World Bank would like to see Ethiopia fight a few more wars so the debt amount could reach $200 billion dollars, making Ethiopia the most happily exploited country in the world.
