-Egypt immediate war against Abiy by its proxies including Eritrea to pressurize Abiy to sign a zero sum water share agreement that sustains Egypt's so called historical right. In case Abiy resists to sign he shall be removed from power or killed
- FANO immediate war with Abiy to shorten the suffering of the Amhara people & to take over power at Arat kilo
- TPLF/ TDF immediately - to reinstate Tigray territorial integrity , return of displaced Tigrayans and prepare Tigray for referendum to establish independent Tigray
- OLA immediately - to control Arat kilo and prepare Oromia for independence.
- Abiy corrupt officials - immediate war or continuation of Unstable PP government in order to steal more
- Abiy he knows he needs more time to prepare the ground to be stronger and win the next election . Hence, he does not need war but he is barking like a frightened dog.
- Rivals United Arab Emirates & Saudi - both need the war to happen immediately in order to control the whole Horn of Africa - Sudan, South Sudan , Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti & Eritrea
