Eritrea running out of Argument? Her Minister of Information didn't answer a request for a comment, why?
Ethiopia's leader called on Tuesday for international "mediation" with Eritrea over access to the sea, insisting on an "irreversible" claim to the coastline as tensions rise between the Horn of Africa neighbours.
Relations are once again strained more than 30 years after Eritrea gained independence and left Ethiopia landlocked.
But Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s insistent demands on sea access have provoked anger in Eritrea, which says Ethiopia covets its southeastern port city of Assab on the Red Sea.
"Ethiopia's request for access to the sea is irreversible. We have no intention of going to war with Eritrea. On the contrary, we are convinced that this issue can be resolved peacefully," Abiy told parliament on Tuesday.
Abiy said he had held discussions on the issue with the United States, Russia, China, the African Union and the European Union.
"We... have requested their mediation to find a lasting solution," he said.
Eritrean Information Minister Yemane Ghebremeskel did not immediately respond to a request for comment from AFP.

PP idiots have to be the dumbest people on this planet it they imagine that sovereign lands can be taken as if they are sacks of fruit. But I suppose such delusions are symptoms of the deep humiliation and defeat they are facing these days.

If a subject becomes a talking point of those from the diplomatic circle to all the way until those from the folk's lore corner, then there is a massive mobilization going on around the issue. The ground work has been done already well!

It is the result if defeat and humiliation. The country led by an illiterate 7th grade drop out is in shambles. That is all!

በተቃራኒ ጎራ የተሰለፉትስ የሚያጓጓ ስራ አለቸዉ፣ ምንድ ነዉ? ብጥብጥ መጠንሰስ? ጥይት ማቀበል? የሰዉ ና የመሳሪያ ዝዉዉርን ማጧጧፍ? ይሄ የት ያደርሳል?
እንኳን ስራ ልኖራቸዉ፣ አገርም የላቸዉም እኮ፣ አይደለም እንዴ?

PP idiots have forgotten that Abiy Ahmed received a Nobel Peace Prize for accepting the Algiers agreement. He signed a 7-point peace treaty with Eritrea. But I suppose clear thinking is beyond you if you are an illiterate 7th grade drop-out!

Here you have it, how the tinny entity in the name of Eritrea is running out of argument.
PM of Ethiopia raised a valid point of the missing legal document on the secession of Eritrea from Ethiopia, taking all the coastal line away from Ethiopia, without Ethiopia having a say on it, the inept minister of information (in a country where information is curbed on a daily basis) is now trying to defend that on the basis of what has been said or done in the year 2018, something like 30 years after the actual secession.
