The Good Things About War-torn Ethiopia

Post by AbyssiniaLady » 25 Oct 2025, 17:30

The good things about war-torn Ethiopia is that there will never be peace in war-torn Ethiopia until it is completely disintegrated into more than eighty-five independent countries.

War-torn Ethiopia is a creation of the European colonial powers which will eventually split along ethnic lines and disintegrate into many small independent states.

AbyssiniaLadyBoy,

All you Shabia trolls showing up on this forum like iguanas should know that your province has already been destroyed beyond repair—there’s nothing left to fix. You’ve already lost, and that’s why you wish the worst for Ethiopia. But listen: Ethiopia remains not only the most viable nation in East Africa, but one of the few enduring civilizations in all of Africa. It is among the oldest nations in the world, and its people are bound together by far more than just language; their connections are deep and complex.

As for the current disruptions caused by the OLF—they’re temporary. The movement is fading fast as it faces growing resistance from Fano.

Look around: Eritrea is a failed state, Somalia is a failed state, and Sudan is collapsing as well. These are artificial countries created by colonial powers—mere artificial lakes compared to the natural depth and resilience of Ethiopia.

By the way, you still missed that Gurage cane stirring you thing

Armed Men Kill More than 20 Civilians in Oromia Region

October 23, 2025

More than 20 civilians were killed by armed men on Sunday in Oromia, an Ethiopian region that has been enduring attacks from armed groups for several years, two local civil servants told AFP on Wednesday.

Africa’s second most populous country, home to some 100 million people and multiple ethnic groups, is suffering multiple armed conflicts.

Oromia, which surrounds the capital Addis Ababa, has seen clashes since 2018 between federal forces and the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) — designated a “terrorist organisation” by authorities — and peace talks have made no progress.

The traditional “self-defence” Fano militia of the Amhara ethnic group — which mostly operates in the nearby Amhara region — have also been carrying out attacks in Oromia.

One local civil servant, who asked for anonymity, told AFP that Fano members had “attacked civilians … with swords and guns” in the Nono district, roughly 110 kilometres (70 miles) southwest of Addis Ababa.

“25 people, including women and children, were killed by militants,” they said, adding that four more later died in hospital.

Another local civil servant, who also requested anonymity, said there were “22 people killed by Fano militants”, but did not provide further details.

Fano militants had been active in the region for four years, regional security official Temesgen Kasa told AFP, “taking advantage of opportune moments to launch attacks against civilians and loot property”.

“The situation has worsened in recent years,” said Temesgen, who comes from neighbouring Central region, which is where he believes the attackers originated from.

The region has long been riven by conflict but the Red Cross said in July that the current clashes were having “devastating consequences” for civilians, particularly in remote areas.

“Oromia doesn’t make the headlines, yet civilians continue to be deeply affected by violence, with many people killed or injured and limited help coming from outside the region,” it said.

Too many children.

War-torn Ethiopia (excluding Somali State) is a resource-scarce landlocked country with virtually no economically important natural resources that can't feed its rapidly growing population of more than eighty-five distinct ethnic groups, The complete disintegration of war-torn Ethiopia into more than eighty-five independent countries is the only way out the never ending cycle of extreme poverty and civil war, the sooner the better.

By the way, Arab countries are not buying land/homes in Ethiopia, war-torn Ethiopia isn't a tropical coastal country with beautiful beaches.

“On the night of October 17 to 18 [ October 27 to 28 in G.C.] three members of the parishes were killed and four were kidnapped,” Sherka district diocese office told Borkena.

Two of those kidnapped are members of the same family and have lost their family member in the attack.
