So what?
Isn’t that obvious. What do you expect when the PP government saved them from annihilation and allow them to rebuild. And they released Sebhat Nega from prison to oversee the rebuild.
The Amharas have to stay away and let PP and SODOs have it.
PP is cornered by its own conspiracy. TPLF has no respect for PP. Trust me they will get them.

If you have to avoid war prepare for war, that is called a detterance strategy! Tigray is not preparing for war but to prevent war!
