This did not occur under Meles Zenawi who was a cünning leader who knew how to maneuver and avoid angering the masses

While Abiy Ahmed is not as intelligent or wise as Meles this may be the reason why these rebel groups are today much more powerful then in EPRDF era.

Under Meles Zenawi Amhara figures like Asaminew Tsige and General Tefera Mamo were imprisoned but they were not assassinated by Meles Zenawi but it was in 2019 When Asaminew Tsige was violently assasinated by Abiy Ahmed's INSA. This was the first event where Amhara interests were attacked by Abiy Ahmed

Political issues that should have been solved on the table were pushed aside and left to be solved on the battlefields. War and hatred was propagated on media and for the people to witness. This explosive amount of terror under Abiy Ahmed is why thousands chose to die in battlefield than to live under Abiy Ahmed's Reign

Life has always been a battle between Good and Evil and there is no promise of a "Good Life" although religions delude the improverished masses with a good earthly life. Such is not the case. Life itself is a mystery and humans do not know why they are here. Such fear has led to backwards and oppressive ideas and customs found in east Africa

The problem in East African societies is a strong anti-intellectual anti-dialogue anti-debate culture. Meaning people resort to violence instead of allowing ideas to remain ideas

FANO is an "idea" it cannot be defeated by war
PP is an "idea" it cannot be defeated by war
OLF is an "idea" it cannot be defeated by war
TPLF is an "idea" it cannot be defeated by war

These ideologies are just ideas

Swallow your pride and understand "Ideas" cannot be destroyed by blood shed

You have to replace "Ideas" with new ideas that are much more better

Meles Zenawi replaced Socialism in Ethiopia with "Ethnocracy" the masses easily embraced ethnic nationalism and forgot about the socialist ideologies

Fano as an Idea cannot be defeated in military as seen during 2 years. Fano must become a political party. This was supposed to be encouraged but instead Abiy Ahmed chose to seek to destroy Fano through sinful means of violence in hopes of repeating Mengistu Hailemariams "Ahadawi" centralist regime

The idea of forced unity by violence is very backwards. The use of violence to enforce any ideology onto a state with multiple ideologies is backward thinking. Neither Fano nor OLF nor PP can govern the country by force.

Civil politics must occur or else bloodshed will continue across the country

The rivalry between OLF and PP is still causing bloodshed in Oromia there is no end to violence unless a Multi-Party state is formed where Ethnic ideologies are replaced with civil ideologies.
