Gada system is a genocidal expansionist system of the pagan gala that is known in part to have destroyed most of Ethiopia, destroyed minorities snatched their land and subjugated them to speak and live like galla. Gada system is one of the only heinous system next to Ahmad gragn that has effectively destroyed the large swath of the land during Oromo in migration. Today it is encroaching almost on all Ethiopian people to finalize its last stride.
But, very unfortunately, same genocidal and uncivilized culture is recognized by UNESCO as cultural heritage of the region. What a ridiculous organization is UNESCO
It should rethink and withdraw its recognition
