Adabna is to be celebrated for sodo Hoe-rus who believes Sodo is the peak of Gurage and supports Aramuma!

Odie, let things be as they do exist in the present. No applied force or stressers.
As they say let Gojjames be proud to be Gojjam Amara. Let Arsis be proud to be Arsi Orma.. Shewa proud to be Shewa Amara though originally a bunch fortune seeker settlers from all Abyssinia tribes of the north in Axum's most southern province of Lasta. And, Borena to be proud Borena Oromo.
As long as the meeting point is Gurage, let all be proud to be Kistane Gurages, Mesqan Gurages, Welene Gurage, Kokir/Gedebano, inshallah we will bring back Silte Gurage, of course we the historical Gurage, the 7bet.
This is my way of solving the question of the individual called Whorus or some think he is a PP propaganda robot. I think he is ma real brotha. But it's sad the way he has been portrayed.

It won’t solve any of Gurage issues you mention day in day out!
If you think that will have positive impact some how, let it be so. I am not that easily amused guy or I don’t support playing with Ethiopians for the ethnic political consumption. I don’t give a hoot! It is not any thing different from ireecha or ashenda or…. other for me!
Let’s call it Gurage dance event or coachella and invite all Ethiopians for Gurage dance challenge
Still I refrain from promoting that as there is civil war all over the country and not time for celebration!

The Adabna festival is sponsored by Kistane Gurage Youth International. Conceived, coordinated and executed by it. It's a privately organized Adabna celebration. The City and Gov of Addis has no hand or input in the festival's conception and execution. The Kistane Youth International may have rented the Friendship Park from the City Gov of Addis or was allowed the space at no cost. The Kistane Youth International may be responsible for the security, water and electricity use, and cleaning of the park at the end of the celebration. The Kistane/sodo think the are the crème of Gurage. I ain’t grow up hearing that. I never herd Kistane/sodo as pure Gurage. They were called Sodo Gurage for a reason!? They are more close to Addis and get crumbs from the system and behave as if they represent the whole Gurage making sound the whole Gurage worships Aremuma. I don’t like that. It is ethnic politics support show!

It's ok. Such shows existed even during the monarchy in various places in Addis. It was not as dramatized as a public spectacle as it is now. It has been established in the last 2 years. This is their first show. They are advancing a good and beneficial youth relationship culture, enforcing choice of life mates than by arranged marriage. Also critical thinking contained in the process of choosing. Making decisions indepndedently. Also, learning responsibility for the individual's decision.
There is a larger and older Gurage Youth International. Am sure, Kistane youth must have been a part of.

በመስቀል አዳብና የተገናኙ ጥምዶች በዚያው አመት ከተጋቡ ባመቱ መስቀል አዳብና ተመልሰው ይዘፈንላቸዋል! ስለዚህ ለምሳሌ በዚህ የኬላ አዳብና ሙሽሮች ይታዩኛል! በነገራችን ላይ ኬላ ከተማ በአጼ ምኒልክ የተቆረቆረ ነው ።
