Little lnowledge is dangerous. Abiy has picked up some digital jargon. He has a very shallow understanding. That is why he thinks digitization and AI will solve his problems. With 80% of its people under the poverty line, Ethiopia is the last counrty that should be thinking digital. You first need to develop your real economy. Create a middle class. Tha is how China did it. That is how India is doing it.

Of course, that requires a lot of effort and time. But the 7th grade dropout thinks there is a short-cut. There are no short cuts Horsey. You got to do the back breaking work to feed your people. Bits and Bytes won't do it. And WTF is there to digitize in Ethiopia!

Why not? if a seventh grader dropout can call himself a doctor and convincing 120 million people to believe that, it sure short-cut works. I don't know who is more stupid, Abiy or those who following him.

But you can't create a middle class by digitizing your files! In other words, a country with 80% poor people cannot have a digital econoy!
