Scott Bessent is the one who lobbied for the WB ban to be lifted! Purchase of enriched uranium is what we are talking about, and not developing the capacity to to enrich.
I am questioning the risk, including to eritrea of any mishap of such a powerplant that will have to be cooled using river waters.
