Being one of the Smartest countries in the world is good, but it's not enough. We demand our Eritrean doctors get competitive salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience.

We demand higher pay for the Eritrean doctors who understood that "Life is the First Human Right", and significantly reduced the infant mortality rate in Eritrea, from 130 deaths per 1,000 live births during the 30 years of Ethiopia's occupation of Eritrea, to only 19 deaths after Eritrea's independence. Our Eritrean doctors deserve a higher pay!

We must reward Eritrean doctors for their success in the eradication and prevention of malaria transmission. We demand the doctors get a higher pay for their amazing accomplishments.

The High IQ Eritrean Teachers who achieved 95% literacy rate for Eritrea also deserve a pay raise.
