Is this from TPLF stock-pile that Abiy Ahmed failed to disarm after the Pretoria sh!t deal 
I guess Debretsion transferred this to Asmara. Karama is a b!tch, Abiy wanted TPLF to use it against Amhara, now Isaias wanted to use it.
