You cant have a navy on someone else's sea. This was demonsrrated to Ethiopia when the Ethiopian navy was destroyed on February 11, 1990. It is inevitable for squatters to be kicked out eventually. Now, you can have a navy on the GERD dam or lake Tana. You can even have an Admiral to oversee your navy and enjoy your naval status just as children who revel in their miniature kitchens, trains and toy cars!
