I think the girl has kidney disease, most likely conditions like nephrotic syndrome because this type of facial swelling, known as edema, occurs when your kidneys can't remove excess fluid and salt, leading to fluid build-up in the body's tissues..

We Ethiopians no longer have a country we call our own, so I'm not surprised why the young woman in the video wants to serve in the military of another nation to feel a sense of belonging.
