መደመር፡ የብሄራዊ አንድነት ርዕዮተ አለም?

እኔ ሆረስ ቃላት አልፈልጥም፡ ግን አቢይ አህመድ ለምንድን ነው መጻሕፍት የሚጽፈው? የፖለቲካ መጻሕፍት? አሁን ላይ 4ኛ የመደመር መንግስት የተባለውን መጽሓፍ አስመርቋል ።
አቢይ አህመድ እንዳለፈው ትውልድ ተጽፎ የተቀመጠን የፖለቲካ ርዕዮተ አለም አንግቦ ወደ ስልጣን የመጣ ሰው አይደለም ። የብልጽኛ ሃሳብ የፖዘቲቭ ሳይኮሎጂ ህሳቤ እንጂ የፖለቲካ ህሳቤ አይደለም። መደመር የሚባለው ሃሳብም እራሱ ፖዘቲቪቲ የሚባለው ህሳቤ ሲሆን የሳይኮሎጂ እንጂ የፖለቲካ ጽንሰ ሃሳብ አይደለም ።
ነገር ግን አንድ ሰው አንድን አገርና መንግስት የሚመራው ፖለቲካዊ መሪነት (political leadership) በተባለ ጽንሰ ሃሳብ ነው ። አንድ ያገር መሪ ደሞ ፖለቲካዊ መሪ ይሆን ዘንድ ፖለቲካዊ አይዲያ ወይም ፖለቲካዊ አይዲዮሎጂ (political ideas or political ideology) እንዲኖረው የግድ ነው ።
አቢይ በ4ቱ መጻሕፍቶቹ እያደረገ ያለው ይህን ነው ፤ ፖለቲካዊ ህሳቤዎቹን እያጠራ ፖለቲካዊ አይዲዮሎጂ እየቀመረ ነው። አሁን የደረሰበት መደምደሚያ በኔ ግምት 'አገር በቀል ' የተባለ የሃሳብ ምንጭን መጠቀም ነው ። የአቢይ አህመድ ፖለቲካዊ ሃሳቦች የሚመጡት ከየት ነው ከተባለ በመሰረቱ ከፖዘቲቭ ሳይኮሎጂ ሳሆን አገር ውስጥ ከነበሩ ታሪካዊና ባህላዊ አስተዳደሮች፣ ሕጎች፣ ሴራዎች ፣ ማህበራዊ ድርጅቶች ነው ። የኢኮኖሚው ሪፍሮምም አገር በቀል ይባላል ። ሌላው ቀርቶ የብሄራዊ አንድነት ትርክት ፕሮጀክትም አሁን የሚጠቀመው ጥንታዊ የኢትዮጵያ ባህላዊ እሴቶች ፣ ካልቸሮችና የኖሩ ዘዴዎችን ነው።
በአንድ ቃል አቢይ መጽሃፍት የሚጽፈው የፖለቲካ ርዕዮትና የፖለቲካ ንደፈ ሃሳብ ለመቀመር ነው !
ውጤቱ ምንም ይሁን ምን ይህ ጥረቱ በጣም ትክክል ነው! አንድ መሪ የፖለቲካ ሃሳቦች ሳይኖሩት ፖለቲካዊ መሪነት ሊሰጥ አይችልምና

አንድ፣ ETHNICITY FATIGUE
ዛሬ ላይ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እንደ ጎሳ ሆያ ሆዬ ፣ የጎሳ ማንገራገር ፣ የጎሳ ማለቃቀስ ፣ የጎሳ ትርክት ፣ የጎሳ ጥያቄ ፣ የብሄር ጥያቄ ቋቅ ያለው ነገር የለም!! ዛሬ በኢትጵያ ቅንጣት ታክል አዳማጭ ያጣ የቡዶንች ማለቃቀስ የጎሳ ብሎም የብሄር ጥያቄ ነው። በአንድ ቃል በዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ ግዜው ያበቃ ፣ ታሪኩ የተዘጋና ከአዎንታዊነት ወደ አፍራሽነት ተለውጦ የተጠላ የብሄር ጥያቄ ነው ።
ሁለት፣ ETHNIC LIBERATION FRONT FATIGUE
ዛሬ ላይ እንደ ሉሲ፣ እንደ ቅርሰ አጽም የሞተው የብሄር ጥያቄ ቅሪትና ተረፈ ሞት የሆኑ 'የጎሳ ነጻ አውጪ ግምባሮች ' እዚም እዛም ሕይወት አልባ ግን በስምና በቲክ ቶክ የሚከሰቱ ከሱማሌ ነጻ አውጪ እስከ ሸኔ ፣ ካማራ ነጻ አውጪ ፋኖ እስከ ትግሬ ነጻ አውጪ ትህነግ አሉ ። ነገር ግ ን እነዚህ በየዋሻውና በረሃው ተዘርተው የሚያግቱ ፣ የሚዘርፉ ፣ ሰላማዊ ገበሬን ነጋዴን አሮጊትን በመዝረፍ የሚኖሩ ዘርፎ አደር ሽፍቶች አይደለም ሕዝባዊ የነጻነት ንቅናቄ ሊሆኑ በመላው ሕዝቡ ዘንድ የተረሱና የተጠሉ ቡድኖች ሆነዋል ። ይህ እጅግ እጅግ ታሪካዊ ክስተት ነው።
የጎሳ ነጻ አውጪ ተብዬ ሽፍቶች እንዲያውም በሕዝብ የተጠሉ ማህባርዊ ካንሰር ነቀርሳ ሆነዋል ።
ሶስተኛ፣ RESURGENCE OF NATIONAL UNITY
ዛሬ የብሄር ጥያቄ መሞትና የብሄር ነጻ አውጪነት መጠየፍ ብቻ ሳይሆን ኢትዮጵያዊያን ሆነ ብለው ፣ በእቅድ ፣ በኢንቴንሽ ፣ በአላማ ፣ በራዕይ የኢትዮጵያን አገራዊና ብሄራዊ አንድነት ለመገምባት ከዳር እስከ ዳር በልዩ ልዩ መንገድ እየተጉ ነው! ይህ አዲሱ ታሪካዊ ክስተት ነው! የዘመኑ ፈሊጥ ፣ የዘመኑ ወግ፣ የዘመኑ ፋሽን፣ የዘምኑ ማህበራዊ ትሬንድ ወይም ዝማሜ ሃገራዊ አንድነት እንጂ ጎሳዊ ክፍፍል አይደለም! ይህ ሌላው ግዙፉ ታሪካዊ ክስተት ነው ።
አራተኛ፣ RESURGENCE OF A NEW ETHIOPIAN GENERATION
ይህ አዲስ ትውልድ ከደርግ እስከ ወያኔ የነበረውን የጎሳ ብሄረተኛን ትውልድ በተቃራኒ የቆመ እና ኢትዮያን መልሶ አንድ የሚያደርግ ንቃተ ህሊና ወይም ሶቺያል ኮንሺየነስ እያጠነጠነ ያለ ወጣት ትውልድ ነው ። የዚህ ትውልድ መገለጫው ቴክኖሎጂ ፣ አሪቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስና ዲጂታል ሕይወት እንጂ የጎሳ ጥያቄና በረሃ ወርዶ አፈር ላይ ቅማል መቅመል አይደለም ። በሌላ አባባል የጎሳ ትያቄ በዲጂታል አለም ተገድሎ ተቀብሯል ።
