Yes. So what Egypt is doing is trying to look so tough in the eyes of Abiy and trying to prepare the ground for a favorable negotiating posture. In other words, Egypt is trying all sorts of mischief and cards to spoil what Abiy is planning to do such as his mega projects and put constraints on what can do vs. Egypt's position. As you have noticed all Ethiopia's enemies are doing the same thing - Jawar, OLA, Fano, TPLF, Isayas - they are all simply trying to create some kind of havoc and disruption so that Abiy becomes defocused and unable to achieve his goals. This is precisely why he ignores everybody and everything. Yes, Egypt know Abiy's weakness which his burning desire to complete his projects and the simple tactic his enemies are using is disruption, destabilization, chaos. And, Abiy very well knows this tactic and he is ignoring it.
