An important question to Sodo Huresa,

If Aramuma could ask compensation from Addis (water from Gefersa), what should Amhara region ask for GERD and from who? This is a genuine question.

The region has to get something out of its natural resource if the ghetto Oromia asks many things for resource use by the country.
