As an illiterate 7th-grade drop-out, Abiy lacks the imagination to discern how stupid he sounds when he dishes out inane claims! For the next four years, Ethiopia is being bailed out by IMF with a quarterly injection of about $250 millions! These donations are conditional on progress on what was agreed upon, mainly the floating of birr and sale of Ethiopia's cash cows like the Airlines and Telecom. So, where is Abiy going to get billions to build a nuclear reactor. Probably from his imaginary gas exports. Two months back, he told his paraliamentarians that Ethiopia would start to export gas by the time they come back from their summer recess in October. That is a month from now! Does anyone, other than Horus
