With out the leadership of Meles, Hailemariam & Abiy may not have started it.
With the death of Meles, Hailemariam & Abiy carried the torch and here we are celebrating its completion. It is sad Abiy is trying to play political game by ignoring the crucial role of Meles in planing ( which takes years & launching the construction) .
