Due to either he:
1) has a cognitive pathology that disabled his ability to understand social reality
or
2)is well-paid to disregard public opinion; therefore ignores social disapproval for selfish reason

Irony of irony. Astonishingly, he apporoves her tongue-lashes on him. There is no dirty names she did not call him. He accepts her punitive posts against him on his mistaken belief that that there is no "bad propganda".

Or Horus could well be a non-human, a software program of PP propganda that is only loyal to its algorithms but incapable of perceiving realities outside of it and around it, incapable of receiving inputs from its surroundings and adjust its behavior accordingly.

Deafness and dumbness to Ethiopians' disaporoval are treasonous crimes. When the time is ripe, there is a hefty price to pay. Already paying for it by almost unanimous ER condemnation.
