The Government has strengthened itself including building a military base in Horugudru Welega as well as in East Welega Zone. The Government has now recruited trained within rebel territory gaining new recruits for the national army within rebel territory. In the Zonal Level this is a huge accomplishment showing long case loss for the rebels whom in 2020 nearly controlled Welega.
Shando marching to Arat Kilo will be followed by ENDF following right behind them
Both Fando and Shando need to understand you can't just march to Arat Kilo while you haven't liberated your base region
Even Fando know this. As such Fando is hiding in the northern parts of Welega. Fando will not march south to the government strongholds. Fando has helped weaken Shando greatly in East Welega & Horo Welega zones
