The suffering of Ethiopia could be God's punishment?

For over 3000 years Ethiopia disappointed God. Disobeying its teaching "Do no harm to others!", the history of Ethiopia is the history of wars against those it considered "others" to enslave them, to subjugate them, take their landers and plunder them.
