How would they compare? Is this yet a copycat form of Sidama empowerment scheme as the TPLF's SNNPR did that will similarly spit fire and unleash the organized power of Sidama for dispossesions, inequalities, disfranchisements, displacements and mass slaughters of especially Gurage and Welaita?
