Why did Yabello of this forum quit after Hachalu's death? He was the first to contemplate and allege the possible culprits of the crime on this forum. If he knew that much, then why didn't he help us know the perpetrators of such a heinous crime?

My guess is Yabello has died a few years ago. Based on the people he knew in detail — ancient Ethiopians who died decades ago — I
was convinced he is as old as አቦ ስብሀት ነጋ or close to.

Yabello is tribalist in his politics. But he is well-read, and has an understanding of Ethiopian politics and history better than anyone whose politics is more tribal than national, and who have been an ER customer.
If his account had been suspended, he would have introduced himself with another alias. No, he is not with us.
Yabello might have used Abebe b as an other alias.
Abebe b might be the rude Yabello who have written mostly in Amharic, quick to discredit anything he disagrees with, and use foul language deliberately.

Ermias Legesse is politically destroyed. He is finished.
No one is listening to him and no one is taking him seriously. The other day only 5 people was listening.
It means PP is paying the bills. That too will end very very soon because with no listeners it has no purpose.

All of you didn't answer the main question of the post: yabello claimed to know the killer of Hachalu Hundessa openly and accused some sectors of the society, even if not named any individual for the crime.

According the message in the video here the likes of Tsegaye Ararsa openly declared in public the bond (or any remaining thereof) between Oromo and Ethiopia has been destroyed permanently after the death of Hachalu Hundessa. Oromia has nothing to do with Ethiopia hereafter, said Dr. or Prof. Tsegaye Ararsa.

There must be a connection between the two, else everything doesn't make a sense at all.

I have no idea what political leverage the late vocalist Hachalu or the once upon a time late foreign Minister Seyoum Mesfin had. Both are gone.

These are but two instances in the colossal bloodshed in Ethiopia starting with the massacre of Ethiopia’s leadership shortly after the 1974 so called revolution to the Red Terror to the war in Eritrea and Tigray to the clash between the armies of the TPLF and OLF to the deaths of many people in Ethiopia since then.

While reflecting about it all would be wise, talking to yourself in fashions is considered a taboo in Ethiopia’s age old culture.

A while back, after hearing Abba Biya Abba Jobir erroneously talk about the circumstances in the deaths of Badho Dachasa and Baro Tumsa, I suggested that he look into the age old culture of Ethiopians by looking for wise elders from Hararghe where both died, Arsi that knows Guma culture very well, and Borana as the pioneers of keeping the age old culture in order to reconcile the families of the deceased.

I wouldn’t underestimate some of the age old culture retained and maintained by Ethiopia’s elders.

Here again, instead of calling one instance of assassination a taboo in a colossal bloodshed in Ethiopia, if there are ቃሉ left in Ethiopia, stop by one or more and ask ዲን ፈጎ ዹፌ ዳፊን ብየት ዹፌ። ማል ጎኑ in order to move the country and its grieving citizens forward.
