እናት IMF is saying "Other deeper structural factors in Ethiopia—notably concerns about property rights, security, and conflict also play a role in encouraging outflows of wealth through the parallel market." All of the above issues are of Abiy's creation, and he believes continuing the conflict and security issues is the only way to insure his hold on power. It seems Birr will continue to lose it value as the drivers of the fall are not resolved.
