US$100 doesn't go far in today's Ethiopia,Addis in particular.
Apartments / Houses cost the same as in the USA,the same goes with cars, groceries,etc.
The gap between those who barely afford a lunch and those who live in big houses and drive expensive cars is shockingly huge .
