Islam in Southern Africa is a minority religion except in RSA where a descent number of muslims exist mostly there following the foot tracks of colonialists. More recently Pakistani muslim extremists and others have been getting foothold in many South African nations that are traditionally christians or with local traditional belief system. These radical groups come in in the name of aid and most even are illegal immigrants crossing borders. Often the unsuspecting innocent southerners accept them. Once they set a foothold, the group converts locals and teach kids radical islam. The last country someone would expect terrorist muslim attack would be DRC which has its own enough trouble by way of rebels, Ugandan and Rwandan illegal incursion to steal minerals. I can not believe even ISIL made it there probably through these Pakis and splinter from Nigeria, Mozambique that have connection with Alshaba of HoA or Boko of Nigeria

You can ask for support from.the US anti-terrorism to start defending World Christians by attacking Gurage Muslims. That's exactly what earlier bandit kings did. For the conflicts between Egyptian Christians and Muslims in which the Muslims had the upperhand ending in Christian massacres, Ethiopian Christian lunatics massacred innocent Muslim villagers out of their kingdoms to the south.
