I am not sure who this lady is. She looks she is talking something general. I have not heard her referring OPP.
Having said that, as a praying person, if you are a real person praying without political motivation for your own country or another, you don’t pray for one side to accomplish a persons will or your own will. Christians are required to pray according to Gods will only, otherwise it will be a wrong prayer. It is God who knows what is good in a particular situation. Remember if she is praying in favor of OPP, there may be those praying in favor of FANO, even OLA or TPLF. For obvious reason that is why praying for personal motivation won’t end up in getting the answer to the wish. That is why the bible tells people to pray according to Gods will (let thy will be done!). OPP and it’s entourage may say they are evangelicals and support me in prayer. No it does not work that way. I can not be praying for OPP when I see them doing evil. It is clear they are tribalists(against the Bible), they kill and killed in millions, displace people, hate people based on Ethnics, they don’t work for peace and reconciliation with their “enemies” which are other Ethiopians. There is still blood shade. There is oppressor and oppressed. There is loss of trust, incarceration, corruption etc. How on earth one can stand with this group, bless and pray for them? infact if people pray, it should be to stand before God to pray God to bring judgement about justice and righteousness. Also pertaining to visions, it requires to make sure the visions are realy from God. People can see dreams or real visions, some demonic and some from personal coveting from flesh. It does not mean all visions will happen.Some visions are seen simply because God wants us to pray on it. Good is a supporter of justice and righteousness. You can not do evil, ask people to support you in prayer and expect God to be with you. OPP is a rotten system doing all sorts of evil and muslims, christian cadres, even waqa and abageda praying for it and don’t expect it is righteous to stand by it assuming it will prosper the nation. That would be one wrong thing I would do to pray for OPP. Instead good to pray for peace, unity, justice and righteousness in the country!
