ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂ፡ ኣብ ዘቤታዊ ጉዳያት ዘተኰረ ካልኣይን መወዳእታን ክፋል ቃለ-መሕትት፡ ሎሚ ካብ ሰዓት 8፡00 ምሸት ንማዕከናት ዜና ሃገርና ሂቡ።

ዝተዋህለለ ማይ ንዘቤታውን ልምዓታውን መዓላታት ብኣድማዕነት ኣብ ጥቕሚ ንኽውዕል ቴክኖሎጂ መስኖ ንምምዕባል ይስራሓሉ ምህላዉ፣ ቅርጺ መሬትን ጸዓት ኤለትሪክን ተጠቒምካ ዝተፈተነ ፕሮጀክትታት ድማ ከምዘሎ ዝገለጸ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ኣብ ኩሉ ዝሰላሰል መደባት ምኽዕባት ምህርቲ፡ ኪንዮ ውሕስነት መግቢ ብምኻድ፡ ተለካዒ ብዝዀነ መገዲ ትርፊ ምህርቲ ብምፍራይ ናብ ምምስራሕ ምኻድ ከምዝዀነ ኣረዲኡ።

ጸዓት ንሕርሻ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ንኹሉ ልምዓታዊ መደባት መሰረታዊ ምዃኑ ዝገለጸ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ኣብ 12 ንኡስ መርበባት ዝተኸፋፈለ 360 ሜጋ-ዋት ከመንጩ ዝኽእል፣ ረስናውን ተሓዳስን ጸዓት ዘዳቐለ፡ ኣብ ኩሉ ከባቢታት ዝባጻሕ ሃገራዊ መርበብ ኤለትሪክ ንምትግባር ኣብ መስርሕ ከምዘሎን ጽቡቕ ይስጉም ምህላዉን ብምሕባር፡ ኣብ’ዚ ሕጂ ተታሒዙ ዘሎ መደባት ልምዓት፡ ህንጸት ኣባይቲ ብዝሰፍሐ ከምዝተሓዝ ገሊጹ።

ኣብ ማሕበራዊ ኣገልግሎታት፡ ቀዳምነት ዝስራዕ ትምህርቲ ኮይኑ፡ ካብ ቅድመ ትምህርቲ ክሳብ ላዕለዋይ ደረጃ ዘሎ ኣገልግሎታት ብዓይነቱ ናይ ምምሕያሽ መደብ ተታሒዙ ከምዘሎ፣ ኣብ ኣገልግሎት ጥዕና’ውን ንኹሉ ዜጋን ከባቢታትን ዝሽፍን ኣድማዒ ኣገልግሎት ንምርግጋጽ ብዕቱብ ተታሒዙ ከምዘሎ ብምብራህ፡ ንጽጉማት ናይ መልዕሎ ኣገልግሎት፡ ጽግዕተኛነት ብዘወግድ ምርግጋጽ’ውን ምስኡ ተኣሳሲሩ ይስራሓሉ ምህላዉ ኣረዲኡ።

ኣብ መወዳእታ ነዚ ሰፊሕ መደባት ሃገራዊ ልምዓት ዘተግብር ሰብ ምዃኑ ብምግላጽ፡ ዓቕሚ ሰብ ብምጉስጓስ፡ ኩሉ ዜጋ በብዓቕሙ ዝሰርሓሉ መደባት ተሰሪዑ ከምዘሎ፣ ኣብቲ ዓበይቲ መደባት ድማ ሰራዊት ክነጥፍ ምዃኑ ብምንጻር፡ ኣብ ወጻኢ ዘሎ ዓቕሚ ሰብ ብክእለት ኮነ ብወፍሪ ኣበርክቶ ዝገብረሉ ባይታ ክዋደድ ምዃኑ ኣገንዚቡ።

ኣብ ኣገልግሎት መጓዓዝያ ድማ፡ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ነቲ ዘሎ ጽርግያታት ናይ ምምሕያሽ መደባት እናተተግበረ፡ ኣገልግሎት ህዝባዊ መጓዓዝያ ንምምዕባል ይስራሕ ከምዘሎ፣ ጐኒ-ጐኑ’ውን ንመጓዓዝያ ንብረት ቈላሕታ ዝህብ መደባት ከምዘሎ ኣብሪሁ።

ንዜናዊ፡ ሓበሬታውን ዲፕሎማስያውን ኩነታት ብዝምልከት፡ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ዲፕሎማሲ ንልምዓት ዝሕግዝ፣ ክመጽእ ዝኽእል ሓደጋታት ድማ ብኣጋ ንምእላይ ዘገልግል ክኸውን ከምዝግባእ ብምጥቃስ፡ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ንዞባና ቀዳምነት ብምሃብ ምስ ጎረባብትና ከምኡ’ውን ምስ ጸለውቲ ሓይልታት ከም በዓል ኣመሪካ፡ ኤውሮጳዊ ሕብረት፡ ቻይና፡ ሩስያን ኢጣልያን ኣብ ንጡፍ ጽምዶ ከምዝጸንሐ ገሊጹ።

ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ ብዘይካ’ዚ፡ ዜናን ማሕበራዊ ሚድያን ኣካል ዲፕሎማሲን ፖለቲካዊ ንጥፈታትን ብምዃኑ፡ ነቲ ዘሎ ምድንጋር፡ ሓሶት፡ ምስይጣንን ህወከት ናይ ምዝራእን ተግባራት ንምምካት፡ ኣብ ዜናውን ሓበሬታውን ግንባር ምሕያል ከምዘድሊ ኣገንዚቡ።



ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ ንሱዳን ኣብ ዝምልከት ኣርእስቲ፡ ኣብ ሱዳን ኲናት ሓድሕድ ዝበሃል ከምዘየለ፣ እቲ ዘሎ ናይ ደገ ሽርሒታት ዝድርኾ ዘሎ ወራር ምዃኑ፡ ንዝኾነ ክፋል ህዝቢ ሱዳን ድማ ከምዘይውክል ገሊጹ።

ካብ 1956 ጀሚሩ ኣብ ሱዳን ዝነበረ ፖለቲካዊ ባህሊ ካብ ብዙሕ ከባቢታት ኣፍሪቃ ዝማዕበለን ዝሓሸን ምንባሩ ዝጠቐሰ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ብፍላይ ካብ 1989 ምስ ምምጻእ ንህዝቢ ሱዳን ዘይውክል እስላማዊ ምንቅስቓስ፡ ዓረብ - ኣፍሪቃ፡ ክርስትያን -እስላም ዝብል ምክፍፋል ከምዝመጸ፣ ከም ሳዕቤኑ ከኣ ምንጻል ደቡብ ሱዳን ከምዘኸተለ ብዝርዝር ኣብሪሁ።

እስላማዊ ስርዓት ብህዝባዊ ምልዕዓል ድሕሪ ምውዳቑ፡ ኤርትራ ኣብ’ቲ ናይ ምስግጋር መድረኽ ሕድሪ ክስከም ዝኽእል ሰራዊት’ዩ ዝብል፡ ካብ ውድዓዊ ንባብ ዝነቅል ርእይቶኣ ብወረቐት ከምዘቕረበት ብምግላጽ፡ እንተኾነ ናይ ደገ ሓይልታት ነቲ ጸገማት ብምምዝማዝ፡ ነቲ መስርሕ ምስግጋር ከምዝዘረግዎ ኣብሪሁ።

ብዝተፈላለየ ማእዝን፡ ብሊብያ፡ ብጫድ፡ ብኢትዮጵያን ካልእን ክግበር ዝጸንሐ ምትእትታው ናይ ግዳም ሓይልታት ካብ ማንም ዝተሰወረ ኣይኮነን

ዝበለ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ፡ ብፍላይ ኢማራት

ኣብ ግዜ ሸኽ ዛይድ ዝነበራ ሚዛን ርኢኻ፡ ሎሚ ትገብሮ ዘላ ዕንደራ ክትቅበሎ ዘሸግር’ዩ

ኢሉ።

እዚ ተግባር’ዚ ንኢማራት ከም ሃገር ዝውክል ከምዘይኮነ፡ ብድሕሪት ናይ ካልኦት ተልእኾ ከምዘለዎ’ውን ገሊጹ።

ኣብ መወዳእታ ድማ፡ ናይ ሱዳን ርግኣት ኣብ ከባቢናን ክንዮኡን ዘለዎ ጽልዋ ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው፡ ኩሉ ደላይ ሰላም ኢደይ ኢድካ ክብለሉ ጸዊዑ።

Eritrea has been calling for a coherent policy for Africa, and H.E. President Isaias Afwerki has reiterated that call in his latest interview.

In light of the evolving geopolitical dynamics and persistent instability across many regions, it is increasingly evident that a new, coherent political strategy toward Africa, and the Horn of Africa in particular, is urgently needed.

For far too long, U.S. policy toward the region has been marked by inconsistency, securitized engagement, and a lack of contextual understanding. This approach has often failed to reflect the aspirations, complexities, and sovereign interests of African nations. It has also contributed to further destabilization and mistrust.

What is required now is a principled and forward-looking engagement strategy, one grounded in mutual respect, non-interference, and genuine partnership. A strategy that prioritizes political dialogue over coercion, development over dependency, and sovereignty over strategic expediency.

Africa is not a chessboard for great power competition. It is a continent of agency, resilience, and rising ambition. The Horn of Africa, with its strategic location and historical significance, must be approached not through the lens of crisis management or geopolitical rivalry, but through long-term vision and equitable cooperation.

Only through such a recalibrated and coherent approach can the US hope to foster trust, contribute to peace, and support the region’s path toward sustainable development and self-reliance.

The Teacher & The Stolen Watch



An old man meets a young man who asks:

“Do you remember me?”

And the old man says no. The young man then tells him that he was his student, and the teacher asks:

“What do you do, what do you do in life?”

The young man answers: “Well, I became a teacher.”

“Ah, like me” says the old man.

“Well, yes. In fact, I became a teacher because you inspired me to be like you.”

The old man, curious, asks the young man how he decided to become a teacher. And the young man tells him the following story:

“One day, a fellow student, came in with a nice new watch, and I decided I wanted it and I was able to steal it from him when he took it off and placed it on his desk. Shortly after, my friend noticed it was gone and alerted our teacher, you, who immediately addressed the class: ‘This student’s watch has been taken during class today. Whoever stole it, please return it.’

I didn’t give it back because I didn’t want to. Then you closed the door and told us all to get up and that you were going to search our pockets one by one until the watch was found. But you told us to close our eyes, because you would only look for his watch if we all had our eyes closed. So we did, and you went from student to student, and had them empty their pockets. When I emptied mine, you found the watch and took it.

You kept checking everyone’s pockets, and when you were done you said ‘open your eyes. We have the watch.’ You didn’t say anything to me and you never mentioned the episode. You never said who stole the watch either. That day you saved my dignity forever. It could have been the most shameful day of my life. I decided right there and then that I would never do anything like that again. You said nothing to me, nor even scolded me or took me aside to give me a moral lesson.

Nonetheless I had received your message clearly. And thanks to you, I understood what a real educator needs to do. Do you remember this episode, professor?

And the professor answers: ‘I remember the situation, the stolen watch, which I was looking for in everyone’s pocket, but I didn’t remember you, because I also closed my eyes while looking.’
