That is true. I would not care about who is in power as far as there is peace and citizens' right to hold office, live and work anywhere the country is respected. Which means democracy introduced and people would be able to elect their representatives freely without coercion. Which means abolition of tribal politics, Kilil and the constitution of the beasts. Good things like this never happened in that country before and I doubt it will happen soon in the near future.
