Evil-eye Fiyarmata, the U.S. created still born Eritrea. Very disappointing failure, Somaliland is more like a country then Eritrea.
As far as Abay river is concerned, it has been always like that. In the recent UN security council, the U.S. was pro-Egypt. Nothing new, Egypt has been always on the U.S. payroll. The only Arab country that does not have resource, but the U.S. aid being their source of annual budget is Egypt. Egypt used Palestine issue as their national source of revenue - bribed by the U.S. only Egypt survives. If the Israel and Palestine issue gets a solution, Egypt will be another failed work just like sing-poor- Eritrea. No one has supreme power on the use of Abay river other than Ethiopia. No one buys ጉንጭ አልፋ talks.
In any case, your are the most evil jealous for Ethiopia being the most endowed country in Africa. When Woyane and OLF rats gone, you will see in your own eyes the immigrants from Pooriterea would quadrupled. 
You wish Ethiopia lives on cactus, but not large scale irrigation and agricultural harvest.

When GERD construction begun in 2011, the estimated time to complete the project was 3 years.
For the last 14 years, however, the Ethiopian regimes have been begging the US for financial aid to fund the dam construction project.
