I suppose, it looked like a smart propaganda idea to the low IQ PP leaders to load a sizable boat on wheels and transport it to a lake in the Amhara region. It must have looked the sure thing to galvanize the people around Abiy Ahmed's Red Sea fantasies. That it might get stuck somewhere along the way and become a huge joke never occurred to the pea-brained dimwits.
