My guess is beachfront condos will not be the future. Climate change is real. In many Asian countries the coastal lands seemed to have been disappearing for a while. In North America, that has not happened yet.
But recent weather events tells us not to buy beach fronts condos. Renting is ok because you might have time to pack up and leave. But buying them is a no, no.
Your imagination of Somalia ‘s future, my dear lady, tells us how an “ imaginative” mind that you posses.
We the Somalis’ neighbors however do not share your fantasy. We are a realist. We pray that one day they are able to form a government that the majority of Somalis will agree upon.
Leave the beachfront condos ቅዠት, if the Somalis are able to form a government that the great majority of Somalis will be proud of, I be the first person to open a champagne to celebrate.

Give Somalia a few years, Somalia's stunning beaches could put Caribbean Islands and the United States Florida beaches out of business, Somalia has a bright future, no doubt about it.
