There was no deal other then for Ethiopië to respect sovreignty of Somalia the Turks Made sure of that haha
There was no other deal other then if Ethiopië wants to use Somali Ports including Berbera they need to respect the boudneries of the Somali State . Nothing short of that is accepted if not u can’t use
The govt of Somalia has no issue with using somali Ports as long as u ofcourse upholding international ruling of Ports
