How can Amhara-Tigray issues be resolved?

1. Shared Administration of Amhara residents and Tigray Residents in Raya Alamata and Humera.
1.2 Any Ketema or Woreda that has a minority tribe of 30% should embrace multi-ethnic administration. This meaning any city/district in Amhara with 30% Tigray Population should have the right of administrative-representation and any city/district in Tigray with 30% Amhara Population should have the right of administrative-represenation
2. The end of violence and conflict based on territory disputes.
3. The end of displacement based on ethnicity on borders
4. The liberalization of Northern Ethiopia.
- Mobility Rights - the right to move and live anywhere
- Individual Rights - the rights of citizens must be protected
- Journalist Rights - the right of journalists to interview and document war crimes in Amhara Region and Tigrai Region.
5. The end to relying on the Federal Government to solve border issues between Amhara and Tigrai. The border issue between Amhara and Tigrai must be solved through regional dialogue local and political nationalist forces must open peace talks to liberalize northern Ethiopia.
