Tigray's Budget was 12 billion birr last year. It will be 19 this year. 32% Reduction!
You might think I have blundered when I wrote a fall of %32. After all, from 12 billion to 19 billion should be a rise of over 58%, eh! You see, the 12 billion birr of last year was about $207 millions. The 19 billion birr this year is only about $141 millions. A 32% drop. The only consolation for Agames is that the drastic fall affects every body equally. Or as they say, misery shared is misery halved!
