Elon should fund a foundation that catalyzes the concept and financially supports the paperwork needed to decouple the one-man executive's power from all economic activities and fold all such ministries and departments to the controls of the professionals at the Central Banks.

IMF has outlived it usefulness. It should be supplanted with an entity that aggregates all the central banks who control all the economic activities of their respective countries. The system should be setup such that, only adherence to such structure will validate the nation states currency.

Why do we award military command and fiscal policy to a one man executive and get disillusioned when he/she are either overwhelmed by the responsibility, or use a significant amount of the power to embellish their own popularity?

The cycle repeats itself over and over again through the centuries, yet there isn't even a white paper that opts for a government without a head of state.

The position is redundant.however we cant see it any different since we have been accustomed to it over the centuries. The king is still a king by every other name.
