The belicosity of Shabiya terrorists is unforgivable. Ethiopia is in current limbo because some one could not manage a college drop out and succeeded to establish a pariaha state north of Ethiopia all his age long chasing out Eritreans to foreign land and taxing them to get remittance from other countries.
Now instead of working with Ethiopians, if shabiya wishes, and reverse all past blunder it comitted on Ethiopia, shabiya is telling us it will disintegrate Ethiopia. What a bright idea(sarcastic)! Is not Ethiopia already disintegrated by all sorts of liberation fronts shabiya formed either directly or indirectly? OPP worse than shabiya itself is the child of TPLF which itself is the work in part of Shabiya. Now by talking about disintegrating Ethiopia, shabiya is calling all Ethiopians to stand by OPP which won’t be good for both countries or worse for shabiya. The last time this happened was when Meles was in power. Shabiya went to war with Ethiopia, everybody backed Meles and went to war although Meles and his parties were hated by Ethiopians. Again, evil shabiya is not able to differentiate Ethiopians, Ethiopia from OPP.
May be it is time all liberation front terrorists should go to last war and extriminate one another.
The unfortunate thing is citizens of Eritrea and Ethiopia will be the victims of war, the making of these terrorists.

Media outlets scan the web to find headlines. I won't be surprised if the Pakistani YouTuber gets some of his news from Mereja.com. Back in the days, when weyane was on power, i used to post information here from my sources in Addis Abeba. Sisay Agena of ESAT used to make news out of what i used to post here. Old members of this forum do remember when Sisay actually quoted me when he felt the information was a bit hard for his viewers to swallow.

The youtuber is excused because he has to make sensational news because that is his living. He does have facts though. I am absolutely going to excuse the youtuber because he has some ground on what he is saying. Someone on both sides said what he is telling or the titles he used. The problem is with the politicians in both countries. They may read this form and pick ideas. It is done in all other countries to scan public idea in internet and then use it for political benefit. But outright copying is cra p. Specially shabiya has to walk carefully. Bad mouthing all Ethiopians, talking the disintegration of Ethiopia will not end well because Ethiopians whatever their internal problem is going to gather them even around the devil when someone talks about destroying their country or badmouthing them. That is historically proven fact.

Well it is a dilemma both the Eritreans, Tigrayans and Oromos face in this new age of propaganda in social media. For instance, the Eritreans face a daunting task on brainwashing their people on hating Oromuma because it will take time. You see their activists experimenting it without much success. What works for Eritreans was a technique they used and invested for generations tying the Ethiopian enemy state to Amhara or Tigray and entice their people to rise.

The narrative of the Oromuma is now more of Sea Access and blaming TPLF collaborators while their Lencho Leta (OLF) and entire OPDO leaders were part and parcel of the effort to lock Ethiopia from sea access.

No doubt the Eritreans destroyed Ethiopia mainly through toxic narratives, weaking us by enticing hate amongst Ethiopians, funding, training one group against the other...etc. They used their early access to the outside world as a leverage for upcoming liberation organizations and made sure Ethiopians are polarized and at each others throats. I don't blame them on that since it is politics. I blame those who fell for it, mainly Tigrayans and Oromos. It took long for Tigrayans and Oromos to mature and understand bigger is better as a country. They only understood it when they entered 4 killo, kind of late for both.

You are right. The unfortunate thing, to be honest, the disintegration of Ethiopia will not bode well with Eritreans as well. Shabiya wanted Eritrea for itself but exploit Ethiopia to enrich Eritrea. I am not a politician but lived a good part of my life in Ethiopia during shabiya and TPLF time. Shabiya goons were in Ethiopia cooking with TPLF until both started to fight in the robbing process. There is nothing like you take your country but get benefit from another country-that is called colonization. Benefiting should be both ways or bilateral. If Ethiopia wanted port shabiya/Eritrea should offer that for the return of economic benefit or integration or whatever the hell they call it-and process it out in politically/diplomatically right way. The sticky point is if Ethiopia uses Assab port with shabiya permission, shabiya wants to control or watch what Ethiopia is bringing in including security technology. You cannot play rat and cat or Tom and jerry game and prosper together. If to live in peace and prosper together, both countries have to strike a long-lasting agreement, militarily and economically. Unfortunately, because of the nature of EastAfrican and middle east culture, this is an elusive concept. The best option may be to quarantine Eritrea until such a willing government is in place by Eritreans themselves instead of Ethiopians poking in Eritreans affair. The most important problem for Ethiopians is to solve own homework at home. Have a lasting peace and forge how the land is administered with the consent of all parties involved including Amhara, Oromo, Tigrians and other ethnics involved. Ethnic politics and kilil gheto has failed causing ethnic cleansing and economic destruction. Ethiopians have to move away from ethnic politics. The childish politics of Tigrians and Oromo nationalists is not going to end as bad apples will rise all the time. But if the country gets one real leader that develops institution such as multiethnic military, diverse leadership and fair representations, that bad apples could easily be thrown into trash bag in a legal way, if necessary and they create problem. It is not even a right thing to biker with Eritrea when Ethiopia itself is burning. Whoever had a good heart and genius mind as a politician, his/hers priority should have been solving the Ethiopian conundrum first, that is calming the water and establishing peace by involving all parties.
