You can’t tell the difference between human development and Sefer development. By the way, what shows this fast paced development does not include the participation of Ethiopians and Addis residents . It shows foreigner finger prints all over pps corridor limat. This shows the city no longer belongs to residents . You are druling for your eyes but not benefit for average Ethiopians.
