Is this Shabia's next move?

Trying to smear the corridor development as "a waste of money" and make a false propaganda against the main development projects in the country such as parks, recreational resorts and other tourist attraction destinations are not receiving enough visitors, using its usual water carriers in Ethiopia itself?
Shabia is born and raised to export violence to its neighbors, nothing else have ever come from the rouge state owned by a single man in the name of Isayas Afeworki.
This will be another futile attempt: beauty attracts people, in the whole of human history. If there is beauty then the visit to it follows as a matter of natural consequences.
It may take time, if at all, but Ethiopia's destinations are poised to attract more and more visitors of different sorts, Shabia's futile attempt lies in this contradiction to the natural law.
Ethiopia is already attracting many conferences of international scale to be hosted in her capital, on weekly basis for the first time in her history. This is generating income for the country and the visitors are enjoying Ethiopian natural beauty and hospitality, they wish to come again and again. Shabia should have learned this simple fact, but it is unable to learn anything in the whole of its history.
It recently tried to exploit the demand of health professionals in Ethiopia for more pay for its political end goal and failed miserably, its mouthpieces in here were shamelessly proclaiming to have succeeded and managed to extract 7 doctors (or health professionals) after weeks long effort to stir uprising in Ethiopia due to this demand. Assuming this is even true, then how does the lose of 7 doctors hurt a nation of over 130 millions, where yearly people join the profession in terms of their 10s of thousands? 7 doctors can go every day, it will never hurt Ethiopia in any way. Shabia is shuttered on all fronts to make such a claim as something of meaningful significance.
