you are in a different kind of psychological cul de sac. you are in a permanent separation grieving and trauma. you have become terminally unable separate your identity, existence and selfhood from Ethiopia. Your pathological relation with Eritrean identity is such that you hate being Eritrean and you constantly and pathologically blame Ethiopia for your hate of Eritreanness. This identity crisis is expressed in a form of lifelong 24/7 attack on Ethiopia while you actually live & breath as Ethiopian on ER.

my advise to you is this. you can never make Ethiopia less that what she is in order to make Eritrea more/better than what it is. You have no control over what Ethiopia becomes! You are both a fool and a psychologically troubled person. When you waste your precious life over something you have no control over, that is when you must seek a psychological help to get a handle over your life and your grief/trauma.

Ethiopia is what she is. Accept this fact and move on.

There is no way you are going to whitewash this damning reality that your Ethiopia has 86 million people surviving on less than a dollar a day. But that is not all. It is a dying nation with Oromos, Amharas, Tigrayans slugging it out in deadly civil wars. What kind of a heartless animal must you be to try to prove that everything is rosy and dandy? A few street lamps will not and cannot hide the fact that Ethiopia is hell on earth for over 80% of its people..
