Vacancy for some governmental position in Eritrea

This is evident enough that Eritrea is a failed state run like a property of one lunatic dictator.
The following positions remain vacant, some for years:
Minister, Ministry of Defense
Minister, Ministry of Education
Minister, Ministry of Energy & Mines
Commander, Eritrean Naval Forces
Secretary, PFDJ
a 150-seat National Assembly
The fact the mini skunis of wedi medhin berad try to convince Ethiopians that they have a better political system than Ethiopians just proves lack of intelligence and stupidity

What became of General Sebhat Ephrem? Once a devoted servant of the nation, he was a consummate strategist man of exceptional military skills
what happened to that other general i forgot his name the one who led the battle of affabet.
