Actually, I have the same thought that he was on a medical trip in Paris. That is why I ask the other day where Abiy was.

No,Belgium was Woyane friendly country. If he is on a medical trip, he would be in Paris. Let's not forget even a complete annual medical check up and some minor treatment can take more than a week. The other countries in list were UK, Italy and Germany.
Remember, Meles drunk every night, was chain smoker and chewed Chat with Indiriyas Eshete. Meles was literally a toxic self-killer and only God knows when he started smoking and drinking, may back in 1970s. He was lucky he made it into his 60s.
